Last month I was in a car accident- rear ended at a stop light. Not only was I rear ended but the person who hit me promptly left without giving me her name or insurance information. I filed a report but being that no one was hurt the police were not interested in investigating this incident further which I understand. Luckily I did take a couple of photos of her car with license plate. But even with the license plate and pictures of car her insurer denied my claim because the insurance company took her word that she did not hit me and that she was not even in the vicinity of where accident occurred. This of course was not what i wanted to hear so I decided I needed to call a car accident attorney. While they could not help me they were extremely helpful and did not have me come into their office and pay for a consultation just learn to that they could assist me. I got in an accident a couple weeks ago and the other parties insurance found me 20 percent at fault.
