I have been in a nightmare! I was rear ended back in December and handed my case to an Atterney Timothy keck (BEWARE) not knowing what to do. Long story short three months later , I am STILL paying for a rental car , my little sister has NOT received any treatment and so forth! I was involved in a car accident last month and I just began the process looking for a lawyer to help me with my case. I called and was transferred write away to Hal who gave me the consultation. He was very helpful and told me the steps I need to take next in order to get my case started.

I contacted this firm about a dispute between my insurance company, the other driver's insurance company and the body shop. Our car was in an accident in San Diego where we were not at fault. No bodily injuries thank goodness. The dispute was about rental car reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses, which still hasn't been settled 100%. Who's at fault here is still not clear yet, but out of 55 days in the body shop I've only been reimbursed 32 days; 10 by my insurance company due to time it took for sending a 3rd party appraiser to the body shop and 22 by the other insurance company in accordance with what they believe the time to repair should be. I'm still > $800 short and I don't feel I'm at fault here. Hal at Accident Attorneys Group was very helpful giving me a free consultation and explained how to proceed in this case. Due to the small amounts I'll probably end up filing a suit through small claims. I just need to root out who's at fault here.

I was traveling west on W. McCoy Lane in the middle lane. A white van was in the left hand turn lane on my side of the road. On opposite side of McCoy Lane in the left hand turn lane, is where the pickup was. As I came abreast of white van the pickup turn left in front of me and drug my car to the next lane, he proceeded down professional parkway about a block away. He got out and came to me and asked how I was, then asked to use my cell phone. The police arrived about that time and asked me to put my phone away. I found you by looking into phone book and picked largest ad. Everyone I have talked with in your office was very helpful, and professional, informative and concerned. Mr. Bowie was supportive , caring, positive attitude. He put me at ease right off and I greatly appreciate that as I have been upset since the accident.
