Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. From the beginning Peter was very professional, understanding and patient, there were times when I was falling apart emotionally and felt that I could not continue with the process anymore and Peter always had a huge patience and words of encouragement for me to keep going. This attorney sold me and my son out. he conspired with Judge Pollack so we would lose our case. he was actually working to help the SDPD who were involved also. He is a former P.D. himself. He did not bring in witnesses , sent notes to the judge about the case and behind my back cancelled by CCP 170.1 and said comments out loud so the jUDGE WOULD THINK WE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD CASE. HE REMOVED MY CCP 170.1 motion to get this bias judge off the case. He admitted some of this to the State Bar. Hire him and he will do the same to you. a COMPLETE FRAUD. A COP DISGUISED AS AN ATTORNEY
