My charges were assault with a deadly weapon and elder abuse so that’s almost 11 years in prison. The DA wanted me badly since the victim was a senior citizen. I also had a S-load of felony convictions, but Ninaz got me an Assault plea with no more time behind bars. The only thing I had to do was complete 24 months of informal probation but otherwise I got off scott free! I highly recommend this company❣️

Ninaz Saffari is pure class all the way. I still can’t believe how incredibly lucky I was to have found her. I was charged with a Violent Felony Strike offense which because of my previous felony convictions came with a nine-year midterm prison sentence. Instead of being combative with the District Attorney, she worked WITH them to dismiss all but one of the felonies. And the last one got knocked down to a misdemeanor with ZERO jail!

I hope nobody has to go through what I did. Looking for a criminal lawyer that is honest is like dealing with car salesman. Some of these lawyers try to scare you into hiring them. Don't be fooled. I am glad I met with Tom who gave me an honest review about my case. At the end he said not to worry and that most of these cases don't even get filed. I took his advice and he was right. Saved me thousands of dollars. Honesty is hard to come by these days.
