Aline went over the case repeatedly each step of the way and followed up with me on the process knowing I was not able to comprehend or remember what I was to do. She made sure all filings were done and my rights were protected. At our initial consultation, she brought a very human element into what is a very difficult and emotionally draining process. I am still waiting for my determination from the judge, but feel that Aline has fought with me as though the retainer structure was quite substantial and that my personal outcome truly matters. Her emotional support has helped in ways I can't measure and I am grateful.

I hired Ms. Gaba to help me with my SSA hearing. I am under the age of forty and suffer from a mental illness. Ms. Gaba had experience working with people like me. That was very reassuring. Ms. Gabba represented me in my Social Security Disability Insurance case and she did a great job. I interviewed five Lawyers and worked with two before I ultimately chose her. I was super nervous and anxious when we went to the hearing with the Administrative Law Judge. But she he was very prepared and she laid out my case comprehensively and with confidence. The Doctor from Social Security was there (by phone) and it was obvious he had not studied the case very well. She successfully corrected him at least four times and pushed back assertively when he tried to marginalize my medical problems. The Judge even told her she had done a good job representing me which was a surprise. We won my case right on the spot!
