I first approached Haeggquist & Eck with my very complicated employment situation after being impressed by their defense of plaintiffs against Trump University. The day I entered this office I knew I landed in the right place. I was wrongfully terminated because I refused to allow the Resort I worked for to garnish my wages by illegally changing my time records. I'm a contractor and was sued for the first time. I was being sued by the general contractor of the project for construction defect, even though I had next to no involvement with the entire project.
