About twenty years ago, Tony had helped my parents and I get through a challenging criminal case. Achieving the best result possible. But, it is now twenty years later and I am scrambling for an attorney in a family law case. I thought of Tony briefly, but shrugged him off thinking.....he doesn't practice family law. Until, I am now down to the wire and I need representation fast, like now. I am downtown San Diego and I decide to reach out to Tony on a whim. Not only do I locate Tony, I leave a message with his firm briefly explaining the situation. Its a Friday and I am thinking I am toast. The next day, Saturday, and Tony calls and tells me to meet him on Monday to go over the case. I did not even have to ask him one question about fees? is he available, can he be proactive, nothing. It was like such loyalty from his prior work twenty years ago like it was yesterday! He did not miss a beat. He was on it from hello and went on to win with the best results possible. I guess I am trying to say that Tony is so good and with it for his clients that he responded just like the twenty years did not even exist. He operates today like he did twenty years ago. I have never heard of a divorce is traumatizing or as messy as my own. I was devastated by the unfair and untrue allegations my ex brought to the court and the resulting financial, custody, emotional and mental battle that ensued. Gooberproof. Four years later. Because quantum mechanics and courtroom gymnastics are hardly dissimilar. Mr. Solare is not one to waste his time. I hope, that to this day, he is not under the impression that he wanted his time on me. He did not. He is a beacon of emr, on the visual spectrum, for those that look.

Mr. Solare started the divorce process for me. He was very professional. He explained the process to me so I understood every step. He always kept me up to date when action was taken. I felt in the loop at all times. Great communication and responds to calls and emails quickly. I like that he tries to keep the costs in check. Recently, I was falsely accused of various types of misconduct at my place of employment which in turn, caused me to lose my long-time job as a Paramedic here in San Diego. I never received any type of due process with my Human Resources Dept. and was immediately terminated with no questions asked. I was referred to Mr. Solare by a fellow attorney for a misedemeanor DUI. I contacted Mr. Solare’s office immediately following my release and met with him the same day. He encouraged me to proactively begin DUI classes and AA meetings prior to my hearing date which was beneficial for me. I'm posting anonymously due to my high profile status in downtown San Diego, and don't want people to know I got arrested. So I made a mistake and drove home from a concert with a few drinks under my belt and got a DUI. Never happened to me before and I didn't know what to do. I'm a busy working professional and didn't know the first thing about the law. Never been arrested. Mr. Solare came highly recommended so I went with him. A very reasonable retainer and he took care of EVERYTHING! I didn't have to think. He helped me figure out court date, knocked my work service down, showed me where to go what to do, and even figured out my commute to work for me while I was unable to drive. He was always available to help me - even one day when I couldn't find my way around the courthouse, he was available to tell me where to go. Again, never been in trouble before and clueless.
