complete fraud This attorney charged me $7500 to represent my interest if a R.O, against my son I wanted removed as I did not put it on. Instead she sold me out and had my son removed to a rehab facility , did not mention the removal of the order without even telling me. She did that to help the prosecutor. It lead to disastrous results to my son leading to his death and the destruction of my family. I hired her the next day in shock at her behavior so criminal. I definitely hired the best man for the job. Back in October 2023 I was facing 2 felony charges, 1 of those a strike with incarceration time attached. I initially went along with the public defender, but did further research and decided to hire Ari Lieberman. In the beginning stages of my case, Mr. Lieberman tried to negotiate a plea deal for me, but the prosecutor insisted otherwise. The prosecutors deal or if you can call it that was still to pin two felony convictions on me. I knew I was innocent and did not want to submit to any sort of felony conviction as it would hinder the rest of my life. Ari agreed with my innocence and we decided to take my case to trial to beat the charges . Moving forward Ari hired Mr. Sean Davidson a private investigator with 17 years of law enforcement experience, to assist in my case. Together they gathered more evidence found eyewitnesses and reviewed all the facts and detail, to prepare for trial. From opening statement to closing argument, Arie did fantastic in court. His cross examinations on seven of the states witnesses were, what I could see as an embarrassment to the prosecutor. Ari did so well that it pushed the prosecution into the defensive position during most of the trial. Moving forward, the outcome of my trial was a hung jury on both charges, the prosecution was definitely not happy with the results. The judge declared a mistrial. A hung jury in criminal court is a win in so many ways it opened up the door to a favorable plea deal, and Ari negotiated just that with the prosecutor. After a hung jury the prosecutions case is proven to be very weak, and then they are centered to offer something favorable. I was not convicted of any felonies, and only agree to plead guilty to one misdemeanor. I was definitely pleased with Ari Lieberman and Sean Davidson‘s hard work and dedication to get me exonerated, and vindicated.
