Ruby and Derek at oreilly gave me some of the best advice during the consultation, and for FREE! Ruby was very organized with the whole process, and gave me no troubles. Attorney Derek took my father's case for removal defense. It was a time sensitive case and we needed an attorney asap. He was able to help my dad get released and get his 42A approved. He was really professional along with Ruby who was in constant communication. Really happy with the outcome and their professionalism and support. Had questions regarding current and future visa status and they were super helpful and understanding and were able to schedule a consultation the same day. The consultation was quick and straight to the point where the lawyer was very informed and were able to resolve my questions.

Our case is still in progress, but so far we’ve been very happy with the services provided by Derek and Ruby. When we first spoke with Derek, the attorney, he was very informative and, unlike other lawyers we have spoken with, he actually took the time to listen to us and answer any questions or concerns. After our initial conversation, we’ve had a constant and consistent communication stream with Ruby. She has been extremely helpful in answering further questions and communicating in a timely manner.
