We submitted all the documents needed for his green card 3 months ago. Last week he received his green card in the mail. Derek Poulsen and his team at Wilner & O’Reilly were able to simplify a very complicated and unique I751 Petition with a waiver. My Petition was approved without any RFE's. I filed an N400 separately and will be taking my Oath of Allegiance next week!! My advice to you is give this team a chance to get you where you need to be. Their support staff are efficient and polite. When you reach out to them, they will reach back out to you as soon as they can. Just be patient and allow them to work for you. Thanks again!!!
