The worst lawyer possible in San Diego, paid 10,000 just to find out that it doesn’t include trial. 10,000 went to waste because he didn’t even get us a good deal in court. Nothing was resolved, he left us by ourselves after the whole case didn’t go as planned.

Vik was very professional and had a quick response time. He responded to my request for a consultation the very same day and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day which was a Sunday btw.  He had the best price out of everyone I had looked at and promised he would have it done in 30 days or less. I can honestly say he delivered in every aspect of what he said. My DUI was a pain in my a** when it came to gaining employment and finding Vik was the best thing that happened. Not only did Vik get my probation  suspended he took it a step further and got my whole DUI expunged. This was the best investment I could have paid for. Thank you again Vik for your amazing!

Vik Monder was a blessing to work with. He was very professional, punctual, and knew the Law's. He has a very good relationship with the Prosecutor/ DA's office, and the Judges. Each time in court, we went to the "front of the line." (Not having to wait, is always nice!) Good representation matters! I would highly recommend anyone looking for great Lawyer to go to Vik. He doesn't mess around, and did exactly what he told me he could do.

Was recently faced with a potentially life altering legal issue. After doing a bit of research I came across Attorney Vik Monder’s Law Office webpage. Wasn’t sure if I making the right choice or not so I decided to pray on it and let God guide me. The next day I felt as though God was leading me in the right direction. I decided to give Attorney Monder a call. The next day I visited his office. He was very professional and straight forward. After a brief consultation I hired him and he went right to work on my case. He put a mitigation package together for me and sent it off to the prosecutor’s office that very same day! He was able to get my case dismissed before any charges could even be filed against me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of great defense attorney in San Diego. First and foremost this was my first time ever dealing with something like this ever! The moment I called Vik couple months back he told me exactly what I needed to do, but me being scared and afraid and did not listen. So, I went and hired another attorney. After realization that my previous attorney was not being honest with me; I decided to contact Vik again. (Best decision ever!) After having a brief conversation with Vik, he helped me take the next steps, not only helping me by replacing my previous attorney, but also Retrieving some of my money back from that dishonest attorney. Not once did I need to speak to him. First and foremost, there's no way I'd ever be able to properly express my gratitude to The Monder Criminal Law Group. I am truly thankful and blessed to have been able to work with Vik. I had never gotten into serious trouble before and I was completely lost and afraid. The accusations against me had real consequences and would have totally changed the course of my life. I came to Vik with no prior experience with lawyers or the legal system but his confidence and knowledge put me at ease. Vik is a no non-sense lawyer who gets results. From the moment I met with him I had no doubts about his ability and therefore I put my trust in him. Excellent service!!! Vik is outstanding and took my case immediately. He was straight to the point and gave me good advice on what I needed to do to get this case moving easy and fast as the deadline was nearing and my court date was in 6 days. Got my case dismissed. Did have to do community service but my record stays clean which is what I wanted at the end of the day
