Retained Jorgensen law to appeal my case within the 60 days allowed and my case was not only ignored but closed by social security because they never filed a appeal. The entire staff at the office gives the run around and no answers. Ask to speak to a attorney and they’ll refuse. This form is a clown show. Instead of helping they only added stress.

My case has finally been accepted to an appeal judge for SDI, thanks to the persistence of the staff. They have kept me informed every step of the way. This all started on 10-2-05 after being hit by a drunk driver. My insurance company, the owner's insurance company, and a long list of other did nothing to help. This group is helping.
