Our case with immigration was extremely difficult. It lasted 7 years. Without Heather we probably would have given up. Heather is a hardworking, smart and knowledgeable attorney who is really caring about her clients. She is very attentive to details. When-ever we had a question or were worried about our case, all we had to do was call or e-mail her and she would always put us at ease. Heather took care of my case last year to apply for a green card since my husband is American and we needed to go through the process. this lawyer basically didn't do what she told me she could do with my case prolonged it and it took her a month to respond to my email text phone calls and voicemail. It was absolutely hard to get a hold of her. Very unprofessional. worst than a public defender who just takes deals, and won't fight for you. Sold me a bogus promise.
