I'm in the process of acquiring a spousal visa for my husband, and our case manager, Pedro A. Preciado de la Fuente, has been very helpful with the submission and processing of our I-130. He's guided us through the necessary paperwork with an easy-to-follow checklist. Our submission was received and began review with the USCIS in June 2022. We are currently waiting for the approval and next stage. The process of obtaining a spousal visa is long, arduous and stressful, so having a law firm that is responsive to our questions and concerns has made the process feel more manageable.
