Amazing and professional.

Update: After my initial disappointments, Jacob personally reached out to me. He assured me that my case would be handled with the utmost care and attention it deserves. He explained that the agreement is a standard template they use for all clients and, unfortunately, cannot be altered. However, he's won my trust through his commitment to my case. As a result, I've decided to proceed with their services. I plan to regularly update this review to provide a transparent account of my ongoing experience with Jacob's Law Firm. ----- I sought out Jacob's Law Firm on a recommendation for my EB2-NIW processing. After paying for the consultation, I was assigned Melina as my case consultant. She assessed my case, confirmed my eligibility for EB2-NIW, and outlined the process. However, the agreement they provided was solely attorney-centric. It explicitly mentioned that the attorney would neither draft recommendations nor provide samples, contrary to what Melina had assured me during our calls. Furthermore, the agreement stipulated that I would be charged the full amount regardless of whether my application was approved, raising concerns about their commitment to my case's success since they would receive their fee irrespective of the outcome. It also stated that if USCIS required additional documentation, I would incur charges on an hourly basis. This term made me question their incentive to submit a thorough application in the first place; it seemed they might have a vested interest in submitting an incomplete application to generate additional fees through RFEs (Requests for Further Evidence). Ideally, the payment structure should be such that the attorney receives 50% of the total fee upfront, with the remaining 50% contingent on the successful approval of the application. This approach would align the attorney's interests with those of the client. When I requested modifications to the agreement to safeguard my rights as a client, my concerns were outrightly dismissed. Melina even raised her voice, pressuring me to accept the original terms. I approached them with high expectations, only to face a significant disappointment.

After reading all the positive reviews I had really high expectations. When I first contacted them Alex was very helpful and call pretty often. When I signed and pay communication was still great. Lately they barely answer my emails, today has been almost a month since I had sent my last email and had to send another one to get an answer, same thing last month. I understand some things are out of their hands (processes times) but communication with their customers is. I’ve been trying to be patient and nice, Lizeth is always nice and helpful when she gets back to me, it is just the long waiting time to takes her to do it what is getting me frustrated. We started everything for my adjustment of status almost a year ago and I haven’t been able to submit my application yet. UPDATE: today early in the morning I got a call from Jacob. He was very polite and showed interest on my case and giving me the best update he could. You know they care about their customers when they take the time to call you when you’re not 100% satisfied.

If you are looking for honesty and the right place for all your immigration needs, the Law Offices of Jacob J. Sapochnick is the only place for you. My wife and daughter are coming to join me in America because of this office, especially Ms. Melina Rodriguez. Within a couple days, it was approved. If this was a different Law Firm, they would have charge me. I am forever grateful to the Law Offices of Jacob J. Sapochnick and to Ms. Melina Rodriguez for making my longest nightmare over! Best lawyers you as an immigrant could ask for. I did K1 visa back in September 2021. They handled everything, any questions - they answer. Situation was far from ideal in my case, but they managed it and took a lot of unnecessary stress off my shoulders back then. Result: I received K1 visa and arrived to the U.S. after 10 months of applying. Thank you Jacob and the team!! Lawyers who really care!

I only have nice things to say about the whole team! From day one I received only professional and respectful support regarding my visa application and it was a pleasure to work with everyone involved. Unfortunately, due to my life circumstances, I could not proceed with obtaining my visa and the whole team was very sympathetic and supportive. I definitely recommend the lawfirm to everyone. My case was quite complicated but they handled it so well. My case manager was Paralegal Karine Werneck. She is literally the best and was always available whenever I needed her whether it was through an email or a phone call. She guided me really well throughout the entire process. She is really great.
