I got the blessing to work with Celeste Lusquinos after my previous greencard expired and I forgot to file for citizenship. I was absolutely terrified and anxious but as soon as I got on a phone call with her, she made the entire process stress free. It was a longer process then the first time around but that was through USCIS side and Celeste would respond back to any of my email in less than 5 minutes! I'm impressed with their work ethic and making the communication (even from a different state, as I was living in Utah at the time) so easy. I will be returning to them in 3 years for my naturalization process. Yo tuve la bendicion de trabajar con la Sra. Me dio mucho miedo y anciedad pero despues de hablar con ella en el telefono, ella hiso todo el proceso libre de estres. Fue un proceso mas largo que la primera ves para obtener mi greencard pero eso fue por culpa de imigracion y cuanto se estan tomando en procesar todo ahorita. Celeste me respondia todos mis email en menos de 5 minutos! Mi marido y yo quedamos muy impresionados con su etica de trabaja y su comunicacion aun estando en otro estado (ya que nosotros estavamos viviendo en Utah). Yo regresare con Celeste en 3 anos para ayuda con el proceso de naturalizacion.

I found Jacob Sapochnick via social media, and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. The service was amazing. The team is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. From beginning (application submission) to end (green card receipt) was extremely quick. In total, it was 5 months. I didn't think this was possible, but it was largely due to the fact that my application was in order and not missing any details. I recommend this team, 100%!

I really had high expectations after reading all the amazing reviews. Unfortunately for me I didn't get the same level of satisfaction after my first consultation. I had an scheduled appointment and the lawyer was running late (totally understandable) and she was supposed to call me back in like 10min once she was free, I waited for 50min and nothing happened. I decided to call back again and she answer however, she didn't even tried to call me back, she was too busy to care. The consultation was not up to my expectations, at least after what you see in the YouTube videos and the level of knowledge they said they have. I even was looking for changing law firms but after this experience I don't think is worth it.
