I don’t even know where to begin, because Jacob and his law firm is seriously the best to ever do it. I hired an immigration attorney before and he literally took my money and did nothing. From the VERY beginning Jacob has been there for me through EVERYTHING. When you are going through an immigration issue, you are at your most vulnerable, whether you’re trying to unite with your partner, or like me, trying to do business. Your life relies on the outcome of your case. Jacob recognizes that, and he will stick with you until the end. Without going into too much details, even when it was outside of what he was retained to do, Jacob and his PA Anna, was only a text or phone call away. During my most difficult and stressful time, he was there to answer my questions and concerns. My immigration journey isn’t over, but I rest easy knowing I have him and his team behind me. I am delighted with the service! I received my O1-A visa approval working with Jacob last week!!!!!! The best part of working with Jacob is the communication because they were in contact with me during the process and available anytime I had a question. In addition, they were detail-oriented and cautious during the whole process. They kept me informed, and they were open to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Jacob not only because he is a fantastic lawyer but also because he is a wonderful human being who cares about immigrants. I am based in Dallas Texas and I had an adjustment case that had been previously denied .I 2had had up to 4 consultations with other lawyers about them taking my case and appealing the denial decision. None of them saw any way of my case being overturned in my favour, including my previous attorney. All the lawyers were telling me they were not confident about it ...and only one was thinking about taking it. I then met Jacob ...he immediately showed confidence in my case being overturned after i explained what happened. Jacob was very knowledgeable and meticulous in preparing my appeal and i am happy to say my appeal was approved and i am awaiting my green card as we speak. My experience is very limited but not positive unfortunately. I had contacted them early March 2021 to receive information and possibly seek legal counsel regarding EB1/EB2 visa applications. They quickly responded to my request by asking me to respond to a series of questions and attaching my CV. I promptly did so in a matter of hours. They eventually only reached out to me today calling me over the phone (more than 2 months after that) seemingly unaware that there had been previous contact and of my reply. I have not had the chance to have any sort of feedback or actual contact with actual lawyers from this office, but I did take time to prepare a short yet detailed response to all their questions. I'm not entirely sure what star rating this experience is worth, so I'm going to give 3 stars. I'd have to give N/A but it's not an option.

The law office is well staffed and very responsive. His advice is accurate . His experience plays a big roll in submitting the application in very well organized manor. We paid for expedited service and we got the approval for The working visa within a week . I have not seen that expedited service . I recommend Jacob and his firm for all immigration matters . Jacob and his law-firm is truly amazing. Their communication is very crisp and clear. I filed my I140 under EB1a through their firm and just got my case approved in a week. Last year, I was really depressed because I couldn't get into H1B lottery twice in a year, and was left with just 1 last chance this year. One of my friend's suggested me to look for other options and my sister told me about Jacob's facebook page. Thats' when I started talking to Jacob and got my profile reviewed. Jacob was more than happy to take my case and believed in me. I talked to lot of lawyers but I couldn't find the same level of confidence as I found with Jacob. He is really nice and so easy to reach out to. My case manager Anahita is truly amazing and very polite and professional. She and Jacob would even reply me over the weekends. Since I started my case with the firm, I got more positive about my case. Initially I thought my case is weak, as I am not a PhD graduate, but Jacob's team knew exactly what is strong in my profile and knew the best way to put up my case. Anahita made sure that all my questions are getting answered asap. She communicated everything very effectively. She, Paula, and Inese were all so friendly and helpful. The recommendation letters written by Paula were very detailed and nicely written. Over the time, this law-firm feels like a family. I will be filing my I-485 with Jacob's team for sure. I definitely recommend people this law-firm. Update - I recently received my Green Card. I took Jacob's team help for AOS application. It has been really amazing to work with this firm. Within 2-3 weeks my application was prepared to be sent out. When I got RFE, my case manager - Anahita made sure to send the response to USCIS within a day or two. I have been very lucky to find out about Jacob's lawfirm, and really recommend for anyone who is looking to get their immigration sorted, to work with this lawfirm.
