I'm typically skeptical of relying on law firms - as I have had some bad experiences in the past. But I have been amazed by the professionalism shown by this company, and specifically by Jacob himself and James Drew. Jacob has provided the initial recommendations for addressing an immigration problem I had with my mother in Italy, but James has been the one who has followed and guided me through the whole process, and eventually led to the resolution of the problem. I would highly recommend these guys: they are professional and highly knowledgable, but they also know how to deal with customer who often (at least, I did) end up being frustrated and impatient about the whole immigration process. Thanks so much to you all!

Jacob and his team were retained by my former employer to secure an H1B visa for me back in 2013. After that he has retained again to assist with the petition for my Green Card in 2015. In 2020 it was my turn to call him again to help me with the citizenship process, which successfully concluded today! I can say many good things about him and his team but this should do: no mistake was ever made in ANY of the dozens and dozens of forms that needed to be filled and filed with the labor and immigration authorities. And they always replied to my emails and phone calls on a timely manner. Jacob and team, thanks a lot! #NewUSCitizen 🇺🇸

I got help from her urgently within few days for making sure that my TN letter was properly structured and was not missing any important details. Through her help I was able to get suggestions, and I finally got my TN approved. Would definitely repeat with her for future TN inquiries.

I got their services for an expedite request and it was granted. The team is very professional. Jacob is very responsive. I have been very demanding and pushy but they have always dealt with me with patience and professionalism (not that I was not but I was aggressive in the follow-up and timelines). Good value for money too. It was not cheap take note but before getting their services I spoke to several immigration lawyers so I know when I say I am getting good value for my money's worth.

I’ve been working with Mr. Sapochnick and his team since the first implementation of DACA in 2013 and all renewals since, as well as my current case. His team has made what is typically a stressful experience a very seamless process. Since the pandemic, like most other businesses, communication has been a little more limited since we find ourselves restricted to phone calls and email; however I recently expressed some concerns and Jacob personally called me to make sure we are still in the right path. He was able to advice me on the latest and greatest and how we can take advantage of the current administration’s policies to help my case. I’m very thankful for the service Jacob and his team have provided so far and highly recommend reaching out to him or his office if you are in need of an immigration attorney.

Initially service was good. They walked us through what would occur during our process to apply for a green card. However once the process started, I had to request twice for a change of address which was ultimately changed to the wrong one. They said they would send “next steps”, but I had to prompt the attorney on the case to send along details for the next step multiple times. The attorney was more than 15 minutes late for an appointment she scheduled. I called the office and she had already left. She eventually called us back for the interview preparation. Finally, on the day of our immigration interview, the attorney was on the phone but evidently doing other work since there were significant pauses when called upon and also a lot of typing going on at her end, the immigration officer had to ask her to mute herself because this typing was interrupting the interview. Overall, we felt like a small number in a large amount of clients for this office. We would not use this office again.

Jacob’s Law office is certainly a unique breed of an immigration firm. My personal experience of how his office handled my E2 is extremely positive. I have seen up close the professionalism in the way the case was handled from start all the way to approval. Jacob was very straight forward about my case and didn’t round any corners. On top of that the team that actually put together my case was very knowledgeable and precise about every small detail. I was very impressed.
