Jacob and his team helped my fiance and I FINALLY get our K-1 visa approved after 10 months of heartache and frustration due to COVID-related delays at the US Embassy in Lithuania. Although I live in NY, I found their office doing some late night Google searches of immigration attorneys, and it was one of the best things to happen to my fiance and I in the past year. The staff is friendly and professional, and our case manager James was super competent, hard-working, and always available from start to finish. His videos inspired me to request an expedite for my case, because I was stuck here (Honduras) waiting for my case to move to the embassy for my interview. My I485 was just approved on the spot at the interview and I couldn't more happier that I decided to get help from Jacob. Jacob, Marie, and Anna were all amazing in handling my case from the beginning till the end. My previous lawyer couldn't help with my case after my I140 was approved and left me hopeless after starting the whole process, but Jacob was able to pick up my case and solve the issues with no problem! He's a true expert, very knowledgeable in immigration issues, and knows the ins and outs like no other. Marie is very detail-oriented and was great in weaving through my complex history and in handling the RFE's. They were also very responsive through both email and text. They refused to respond to a simple yes or no question without demanding $50 from me. Most REAL attorneys offer free consultations because that's what people do. Before buying a car, you search, you don't bite at the first con artist. I'll save my $50. The price is $49 for 15 minutes. Why charge a potential client at all for a simple yes or no question??? That's why you have a 1 and i'd give you a -1 if i could. Take your business elsewhere people.

I found Jacob on YouTube. Since the first moment, my fiancée and I knew that he was everything we needed to get our K1 visa. When Covid 19 happened my k1 visa was completely stuck. The embassy wasn’t giving any answer and the news about it were terrible. As soon as Jacob and his team took my case, everything moved so fast, the embassy approved my expedited visa the same week they presented all the documentation. Today I had my appointment and my visa was approved. I can’t be happier!! The consul that interviewed me said this exactly words to me: “you have a great lawyer, he is really good.
