Mr. Sapochnick charged $95 me 11 days in advance for a 20 mins consultation however when I called him he hung up my phone three times and when he finally picked it up his assistant mentioned that attorney will call me but for hours called me back. One of the most unprofessional attorney he'll take your money and not respect your time and case.

The best thing I can say about Jacob Sapochinick is, they really want you to get your immigration process approved. He has a really big team with experts on the immigration field and they don’t stop work till you get everything ready. They stay updated about everything going on on your case and they are always ready to support you with whatever you need. Every time I needed them, they were always ready to help me and support me. When I started following Mr. Sapochnick's videos on YouTube, his breaking information about K1 immigrant visas during Covid-19 gave me hope. As an active duty service member, I initially approached my military legal team with high expectations for them to help me with my case which was stuck in the system. Military legal wanted me to see my case for the hard truth: there wasn't much I could do, which hurt after being separated from my fiancée for 7 months already. I decided to book an appointment to speak with Mr. Sapochnick. I got a comforting call from his staff that same day and they even asked how my situation was making me feel which was what I really needed. They told me I was an excellent candidate for an expedited case. Even though my Military legal team did what they could, expedited cases were not in the realm of their expertise. I'm so grateful for a chance to get my fiancée home with me. This law firm does a lot of work to make sure the public stays current about immigration policies.
