I contacted Mr. Sapochnik via his Facebook page over a month ago, asking for his opinion about my case.. I wanted to visit my family in Germany using my advance parole card (family based AOS, I filed i485 in September 2017 and am currently waiting for my greencard interview appointment). I was very unsure whether it was safe to use it since another immigration lawyer advised me to only use it in case of emergencies because he said it was risky since I had come on an ESTA visa in the beginning before getting married. Since I really wanted to go so badly as I hadn’t seen most of my family and friends for two years I wanted a second opinion from an expert. Mr. Sapochhnik was so kind and answered me right away and told me I could travel and to make sure I would be here for my appointment. So I went ahead and used my advance parole card to visit my family in Germany for a month. My husband and I just got back into San Francisco airport last night and the re-entry was really easy and quick. They didn’t even ask me a lot of questions, I just had to go to the second check and the woman asked me where I am at in the AOS process right now and I told her that I am just waiting for my interview appointment notice in the mail. That was it, she said you’re fine and we were good to go. It went way easier and faster than I had expected! I am really glad I went. Dear Mr. Sapochnik, thank you so much for responding right away when I asked you about traveling and the risks with advance parole! Jacob’s office is incredible, they are so professional and nice, every time you call or email they respond right away, immediately. My wife and I had an issue with imigration that we thought would be impossible to solve, a really hard case. I went thought a few attorneys before and they literally sucked. One of them just took our money and didn’t do anything and the other one thought he was God, super stuck up and arrogante and actually was very rude and he sucked. When we went to jacob everything changed, We loved the offcice, the whole crew is so nice and are always ready to help, they all speak different languages( multi language). It was the approach they took on my issue that made my American dream come true! I just received my greencard a few days ago after being here for 18 years and I can’t even describe how happy we are and how greatful we are to jacob and his team! I had the pleasure of having a great crew working on my case, Attorney Unica and Paola were so nice and very quick to help me and my family. Thank you guys very much for all. I’ll be forever thankful to you all for helping me getting my greencard. If you need an immigration attorney, don’t look further. jacob and his team are the best. I don't even have the right words to truly express how THANKFUL my husband and I am for Jacob and his team(specifically Unika and Paola)! They helped us succeed in a VERY TRICKY situation that seriously required a skillful team to pass our case and get my husband's 10 year green card!!! He has been illegally here for 15 years and although I am American and we have American daughter's we were denied once and told to leave so we were scarred we were out of options but Jacob had us appeal the case and less than a year later we got his 10 year card! If anyone needs a great team to represent you I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing this office! Job well done!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob and his team a couple of years ago through my office. They helped us prepare and submit different visas such as various F1, E2, and an EB2. All of them were approved! I understand that we had a strong case on all of them, but I would like to highlight that we've been at different law offices and Jacob and his team take the time to listen to you and pay attention to details which are vital on every case. They also make sure you are prepared for an interview, which is extremely important! Last but not least, Jacob's team speak English, Spanish, and other languages that I wasn't able to recognize - being able to get immigration advice in your native language is extremely valuable!

My wife and I used the services of the Law offices of Jacob J Sapochnick and it was a smooth one all the way. Our case was a complicated one; having been denied on a fraud ground in Nebraska. We refiled in California and got granted. Angel flores was the paralegal in charge of our case and she was very helpful and proactive. She made sure our case got promptly filed and kept us updated all through the journey. Denied in Nebraska July, 2017. We refiled in California in August, 2017, Interviewed in January of 2018 and GC was granted in March, 2018. Charles Ward and Jacob were super helpful and gave us relevant legal advise.

I just needed help getting my I9 filled out as a US citizen and I am thankful for being taken care of on their time! Great location!

Edit 03/08/2020 Jacob/Marie/Unica/Paola did a fantastic job. After such a smooth process with our O1 visa (read below) , it was a no brainer to go with them for our green cards (Myself, Wife and child). I went in under the EB2-NIW category. Today we had the interview and this was approved! Thanks so much for all your work on this, really happy to say we had our interview earlier and the interviewer told us we are approved and he would finish the paperwork today, and we will get the green cards in a few weeks. So relieved! We were well prepared thanks to their guidance and I had a huge folder of evidence in the end not much was required, but definitely better to be over prepared. Feedback from 01: Jacob, Suzanne, Inese and team were amazing at getting my visa petition approved. They put alot of work in up front to really understand me and my situation and the facts and helped make an excellent case that was approved by USCIS in just 7 days . They are all highly recommended and fantastic to work with !
