I wanted to discuss a unique situation as my estate includes out of state real estate and sought advice on how to best be protected from expensive and nightmarish probate costs and delays and the tax advantages of having a living trust. He called a minors TWO days in a row. She is 11 years old and a witness in the case against his defendant. In my opinion that is soooo unprofessional! Considering this man has been a lawyer in the San Diego area for over 20 years he should know better.
