Wow, just WOW!! If you don't read all of this review at least take this away...if you are thinking of calling this office, stop thinking & call right now! There is no harm & no risk in just calling & talking to the team at Haffner & Morgan. Big, big shout out to Tim Morgan. That guy has made a profoundly positive impact on my life. More than he will ever truly understand. My journey started over 2yrs ago after I was involved in a not at fault car accident. My car was totalled & at 1st I didn't suspect anything major injury-wise. However, over the weeks that followed the incident, I started noticing tightness & pains in my neck/shoulders/back and quickly found myself lost & scared as to what to do. Having no experience ever dealing with any sort legal battle, the thought of getting a lawyer intimidated me beyond believe. I felt like pursuing anything was against my moral compass and I didn't want anyone to get hurt in the process. But over time (and with a lot of advice/guidance) I came to understand the role that insurances play and that I was the one that was truly being hurt in this process. And boy am I glad I found this specific office to help & support me. I was told spine surgery was an option immediately after the accident but of course that's the last thing I wanted to do at 29 yrs old. For months fought to heal, strengthen and get back on track naturally...but once every alternative solution failed & the symptoms became unmanageable, I came to realize there wasn't many other options left if I wanted quality of life back. I had not just 1 but 2 separate spine surgeries and it was with the help of this office that I found my amazing surgeon, physical therapy clinic and every bit of help & support throughout my long, strenuous journey. I worked closest with Tim Morgan (what an absolutely fantastic guy - I feel like he played the role of my therapist just as much as my lawyer) but every person I interacted with (Christian, their associated paralegals & every contact they provided for my many different needs) were absolutely phenomenal & reassured me through their words & actions that I was in good care. This place is a wealth of knowledge for not just personal injury cases, but anything within the realm of car accidents, financial & legal needs. Stop thinking & call them now!! You won't regret it. I was having issues with my insurance company after I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. Unfortunately, the at-fault driver lied to his insurance company about how the accident occurred and as a result, his insurance denied my claim and I was forced to go through my insurance. I suspected that my insurance was acting in a manner that’s consistent with bad faith so I googled “bad faith attorneys” and this law firm came up. I had the pleasure of speaking directly with attorney Haffner. I explained what I was dealing with and he listened and provided me with helpful information. I used this information to determine the next steps in dealing with my carrier. A couple days later I was thrown more curveballs by my carrier and I called attorney Haffner back. I briefly explained my situation and to my surprise, he remembered who I was! I updated him with the new issues I was running into and once again, he provided me with helpful information. He told me my options and with that information I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed. Things ended up working in my favor with the help of attorney Haffner. I was extremely surprised and thankful that attorney Haffner took the time to help someone who wasn’t his client. He agreed that I had a legitimate case against my insurance company but because of the relatively low dollar amount and nature of the case, it wasn’t in my best interest to retain counsel as he couldn’t legally represent me in small claims court. I was moved to tears because of the kindness and compassion he showed me in those two phone conversations. I imagine that he’s a busy man but that didn’t stop him from taking time out of those two days to help me even though he wouldn’t benefit from it financially. This tells me that he truly cares about helping people. I’m so glad that I called his office to get advice. I can only imagine how wonderful he is to the people that he represents.
