Jordon and Taylor were incredible to work with. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and always made sure I was on board with what was going on with the situation. I couldn't have worked with a better team at all. They were also always very quick to respond to any questions I had. They were consistent and professional while also being very understanding and patient. They helped in so many different ways and I appreciate their help greatly. Would highly recommend these two!

Jordan was and is one of the worst lawyers I ever had to deal with in my life. I contacted him because he was a referral from a friend seeking help for being wrongfully terminated from a job. At first he seemed very caring and understanding and on my side and then as the days went by it was like I was an annoyance to him. Anytime I would ask a question through text about something he was doing he would talk down to me like I was a child. He has a huge ego and on a high horse. At one point my family advised me to ask a question about something he was doing and oh my god did I get a wrath from him, even Jordan saying "is your mother a lawyer? I am a lawyer, do not question my actions" I just couldn't even believe it, it went from telling me that I was going to get a huge settlement to making me feel worthless and the enemy in the case. After a few months of Jordan going ghost he had his office message me that they were not going to continue with the case and gave me a referral. It was more then 6 months waste of time and I couldn't even do anything after that it was too late to even have a case after that long of waiting The owner of the place I was wrongfully terminated even offered a settlement and Jordan refused it saying he could get more money. So in the end I got absolutely nothing because he didn't want to take the case anymore. Highly do not recommend this guy. Some lawyers especially this one are way to high on a horse to be brought down to reality.

Harlan Law was a great professional firm to work with. Jordon and Taylor were always responsive and made sure to communicate every single detail of my case with me. They really went above and beyond to put my best interest first and still kept in touch even after my case was finalized. It was a privilege to work with Jordan and his team. In our situation, the accident was from a driver running a red light that caused a collision. Jordan was able to quickly take the case and start the process along. This is the first time we have had to hire a lawyer, and the whole process was a learning experience. What we determined was, that without Jordan and his team, we would have never been able to navigate all the details necessary to complete the process. Navigating the medical system and getting them to communicate was the biggest issue facing us and Jordan’s team. The best part of the process was knowing that Jordan’s legal assistant Taylor, kept the pressure on the medical providers to move things along. Jordan was able to get us a significant award, so we could continue the medical aftercare as required. This attorney is the greatest he took the time to work on my RV accident and did so much work and in the end I won my case because of all his hard work and I am absolutely so grateful he took the time and the extra care and detail to help me with my case he is absolutely God bless him for helping me during my hardship with stage 3 cancer, God bless

What a pleasant & professional experience. We called Attorney Jordan Harlan while dealing with deep grief from the wrongful death of our father. Our father was killed in a hit & run as a pedestrian, while he was crossing the street. The man was caught a few days later and has since been out on bail. We did not know what to do or how to navigate the issues being brought to us by the driver's insurance company. Though researching and understanding up-front that based on the driver's limited coverage, our case would not likely produce a worthwile settlement, Jordan still walked with us until the end, guiding us to the best possible outcomes, based on the circumstances. This kind of compassionate service deserves mentioning. Its good to know that there are still quality firms out there that are not exclusively focused on if there is a large pay out for them. Jordan & his team are a class act.

This law firm does not accept cases like mine. However, Taylor the paralegal was absolutely amazing! She took time out her busy day and was most helpful. She gave me a lengthy call to explain in great detail everything I should expect now and in the long term and really put my nerves at ease. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. I have several things to say about Harlan PC. Firstly, this is the firm where the real person responded to me. Before that I called to about 5 law firms and got only to non-existing number or autoresponder. I had an issue with my employer and Jordon was helpful from the first second. Even with very little details he could isolate the problem. Outlined legal perspective and gave non legal advise. His words and this warm approach inspired my confidence and supported me.

I was involved in a automobile accident last year that left me with spine injuries and my truck was totaled. It was the first time I had to deal with a personal injury and felt lost. Luckily, Taylor and Jordon were able to help me through a complicated process which I couldn't have navigated without their expertise. Their communication was top notch and they helped me out getting treatment, appointments, and updates on the case so I always knew what to expect timeline wise and what I needed to do. Overall the process was very easy and stress free. They also went above and beyond with their kindness and willingness to help with all aspects of my accident, making sure I was okay, and that I got a good settlement.
