I would like to share my total appreciation of Lancier Legal, PC. My husband and I contacted Lancier Legal to revise our will and trust. We were met by Jason Tolin and later Hillary Lawrence. Jason met us with total sensitivity and professionalism. He clearly explained the process, the finances and the timeline. Hillary then reviewed the documentation that she would put together to address all of our requests. The process was completed within the month! They were absolutely wonderful to us! We left with all documentation completed and with the invitation to call at anytime if we had questions. We are so relieved to know that our affairs are in order and that our children will have wonderful hands to hold when they need that assistance. We could not be more pleased with their services.

In reality, I would give Lancier Legal TEN Stars. I needed assistance in looking over my parents Trust and Will as my father has passed and my mother is almost 96. I wanted to make sure everything was in order so when she passed there wouldn't be a delay in being able to sell the family home and other assets. In essence, no PROBATE. We had a family phone call with Jason Tobin, because my mother wouldn't be able to walk that far, and I expressed my concerns. I met with Jason, at the downtown SD office to give him all of the necessary paperwork. Jason gave the paperwork to Hilary Lawrence to go over and we had another family phone call where she discussed her findings, which was to create an affidavit to change ownership of the property etc. Two days later, we had that paperwork, trip to notary and mailed back to them. If you ever need any assistance with estate planning, I highly recommend Lancier Legal.

Boyd Law helped me get my son back. My case spanned the state from San Diego to Sacramento, and Boyd Law worked with me with attorneys from both locations. When my first attorney had to step away from the case, Joshua Fabian (San Diego) stepped in. Almost four and a half years of custody battle, custody evaluation, and struggle ultimately led to a trial in which I was granted custody of my son. Without Joshua and the team at Boyd Law, this would not have happened. Divorce and custody difficulties are expensive, and Boyd Law is no exception to that, but they're worth it.

Recently I met with Lancier for estate planning. Jason and Hillary were thorough and took time to explain the process and elements involved to my complete satisfaction. They also assured me of future assistance as necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending this group for legal needs.

I would strongly urge reconsideration when deciding whether to hire at Boyd Law. I retained Thomas Georgianna for asset protection advisement. Between two phone calls totaling approximately 1hr 15 min I received NO information on how to protect my assets. The majority of the phone calls were spent by Mr Georgianna telling me personal stories. I seemed to have more knowledge about asset protection than he. In our second and final phone call I informed him of what the homestead exemption limit are and what the garnish limit are. His response when informed him of this "I will have to get back to you on that". Instead, I ended our retainment agreement. He charged me multiple of thousands of dollars for this claiming he did hours of research. I still have not received any information about protecting my assets for which I retained him. Again, I would strongly urge reconsideration when hiring at this firm.

Lancier Legal gave me total peace of mind that my affairs will be easy to manage from my loved ones whenever my time comes. They use an incredible team approach that allows one team member to focus more on communication, logistics, and reviewing what is important to you, while another does an amazingly thorough job educating you on the pieces and making a steelproof and thorough document that covers all your wishes for when you pass away. They have great synergy since of course there is overlap and repetition built into the process to ensure accuracy and understanding. I would highly recommend this firm for any needs related to setting up a will and trust, it’s an oddly relieving and peaceful feeling to have all lined up and they made it seamless.
