He was so helpful, knowledgeable, always super responsive, nothing was too much trouble, I was so extremely pleased with his service and highly recommend Joshua to anyone in need of a first class attorney. Attorney Joshua Fabian from Boyd Law in San Diego, is currently representing me in my dual DV/Divorce out of Orange County and even though I am still very much in the midst of it, I am extremely thankful and grateful for his expertise, tenacity, due diligence, and human understanding on my case. Additionally, other members of Boyd Law including: Joshua Fabian, Matthew Cadwell, Ashley, Richard, and everyone else in the firm who has addressed my case at one point or another are not only experts but highly professional when dealing with opposing council in and out of the courtroom. My experience with the team at Boyd Law has so far provided the safety I had been seeking for some time. I cannot say enough of how grateful I am for Joshua as far as prepping and guiding me each time we have a court hearing. Although my case is not over, I can say that thus far, it has even been cathartic at times but more importantly the team at Boyd law has been realistic and highly communicative about all areas of the case (i.e. case matters, retainers, etc.). I would recommend Boyd Law and in particular Joshua Fabian and Matthew Cadwell as attorneys for family law as they would take a person-centered approach pertaining to family law matters.

I used this firm to do my family estate planning. They were knowledgeable and helped create a strategic plan that made sense. The lawyers are timely, organized, and effective in the whole process. The cost was also very reasonable! I would recommend it to friends and family members for sure!

He called a minors TWO days in a row. She is 11 years old and a witness in the case against his defendant. In my opinion that is soooo unprofessional! Considering this man has been a lawyer in the San Diego area for over 20 years he should know better.

Hello, I'd just like to say that Nick De Pento is the most professional, respectable, trustworthy person & lawyer. He treats people like a person should be treated, not just like another case or paycheck, which is so rare (close to impossible to find). The only lawyer I will ever recommend. Thank you so so so much for helping my momma keep her head up, stay strong, fight her case & actually win against some really scary police officers who put her in a coma for a month. The only downside is that we are still scared of & will probably be forever terrified of police officers, even after ten years (but then again, that's not Nick's fault). This is pretty personal but I don't think my momma would be alive today if it wasn't for hiring Nick to help her & protect her from SDPD... Everything he knows about the legal system, his experience in a courtroom, every case he's probably been hired for & the amount of time & energy he put into helping her still has me in awe & our little family still appreciates you (& will appreciate you & your hard work for the rest of our lives).
