Mr.Bourne was with me for 2 YEARS. He helped fight my DV case and got me a deal that is pretty much unheard of no probation, no time served, fees waved & got it expunged off my record. He’s quick to respond and keeps you up to date on any new information as soon as he gets it. All you have to do is be patient and submit the required information asap, and he’ll do everything in his power to get you the best deal possible. Definitely keeps his word.

I was arrested and charged with a felony. When I spoke to my public defender the best option she could give me was to plead guilty for the felony and take 2 years of felony probation. I highly recommend Mr. Bourne. I have a history of fraud charges and recently got convicted of sending drugs into a jail while on probation. I was only out 4 months when they came to my home to arrest me. I hired Mr. Bourne based off his good reviews and I was glad I did. For some reason the justice system does not like me, but Mr. Bourne fought for me and got me 6 months in a work furlough program even when I had no county time left. One month into my sentence my mom passed away and she was my dads caregiver who has an LVAD and requires a caregiver. My Dad and I hired Mr. Bourne again to go back to court for a sentence modification. After serving 85 days it was our court date and Probation kept denying house arrest saying I was terrible on probation and had no desire to help me or put me on house arrest and felt I should've went to prison and was upset I was even at work furlough. Mr. Bourne pleaded my case to the judge who really wanted to help me based on my circumstances but said only the DA could modify my case. Mr. Bourne and the DA spoke and WE WON!!! The judge and the DA recalled my sentenced and modified it to time served and I was released that day from work furlough and sent home on probation. I have NEVER seen anything like this happen. I kept telling my dad, we only had a 20% chance of winning, and Mr. Bourne and I both knew the outcome probably wasn't going to be good, but he still fought for me. This man is truly a GREAT ATTORNEY. Its because of him, that I am back home with my Dad and we can now grieve the loss of my mother. Hire him, you wont regret it. #HIDAY #STEPHENS
