Lindsey has been my Lawyer since 2016. I was facing a felony Battery charge. I must of called 10 different lawyers, I remember one even said "we have to make a mess in the case" I was thinking to myself a mess in the case what is this guy talking about. Then from my deer Fortune I found Lindsey's number, and from the moment I had my first phone call with her I was immediately put at ease about my case . Not only did she rid me of the anxious anxiety of not being able to navigate the legal system. She also GOT MY CASE DISSED. A felony Battery case Where there was video footage against me, DISSED MISSED. Now in 2023 I happened to be going through a setback in life. I ended up getting 3 charges against me. Two DUI charges and one evading the police charge. But this time I knew who to call the first time. Not only DID she get 2 of my charges dismissed but she also worked out the best possible deal for me. Knowing I was in for a stressful time the next few months, I knew I needed someone to help guide me through the process each step of the way. Immediately after I got a citation of MIP and possession of Fake ID’s I started researching attorneys. I came across Lindsay Mercer in a thread of a similar case. I sent her an email and got a very fast response and very quickly we hopped on a call. Lindsay was able to track my citation and bring it to the proper court level. She was able to put me into a community service diversion program which would get my citation dismissed. Throughout the whole community service process Lindsay was constantly checking in and gave suggestions on where to do hours. My case got dismissed and I am very grateful for all the work Lindsay has done for me.

As a single working professional coming from a background of higher education and relatively stable lifestyle I was not prepared for the fateful day that turned my world upside down. She has also since overseen the sealing of the arrest record which ultimately makes the incident outside of the public domain.
