I’m assuming all the good reviews are from years ago— which tracks because as of 2020s Marc’s skills are little to desire. He’s rude, arrogant and worse incompetent. Please look at his reviews across the internet not just AVVO.

The best of the best in their respective focus areas of law work here. They treated me very well as a mail room clerk and I think very highly of them all.

I already had a horrible situation but to be faced with no good representation was even worse. Marc Geller threw in the towel and gave up for me. when I asked him to try he refused. I fired him and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. it just goes to show it doesn't matter how many years you have been working in a profession experience doesn't equal knowledge.

I have hired Marc for 3 seperate cases, each with exceptional results considering my lengthy criminal record. The first case was Assault on a Police Officer. After being offered 10 plus years, i was a bit nervous. I consulted Marc and he told me he would do what he can. I ended up pleading guilty of Resisting Arrest and was given probation and community service. About a year later, i was charged with Felon in possesion of a fire-arm. Possesion of Heroin for sale. Possesion of Methamphetamine for sale. Burglary tools. A few months later while put on bail for that case i was charged with Felon in Possession of a fire-arm. Possession of Heroin for sales. They were offering me 14 years by the time all the enhancements were tallied on. We ended up taking a deal for 1 count of Felon in possession of a fire-arm and 1 count of Possession of Heroin for sales. He came and saw me while i was in jail to keep me in the loop. He talked with my family regularly and gave them hope. Here i sit now 1 year after sentencing, a free man and on the right path. After 6 months in jail i went to a rehab. I will be on probation for thw next 2 years which all things considered is amazing. After finishing the rehab i was in i consulted him on an Interstate Compact and the judge and DA had no qualms about it. Anyone needing a Defense Attorney, this is the man to go to. He put his all into my cases and my family and I reaped the benefits.

To have Marc represent me for my criminal cases. He did a great job in advising & helping us through an extremely difficult time for our family. Marc is very professional, knowledgeable, and determined. He has a very good reputation, and is well connected. This becomes very helpful in cases, and in the end I got the best results possible. I highly recommend Mr. Geller to anyone who is facing serious charges. He represented me through 3 separate cases throughout 4 years, facing multiple misdemeanors and felonies. Today I have opportunities and my life is in order thanks to Marc's sincerity and passion for his job.

Saved my life. He was honest and fought to keep me from going to jail. The DAs and Assistant DAs know him, as such they work with him- in my case that saved me from jail time.

Marc represented me on a case streaming from a Medical Marijuana raid, and charged with additional charges in which I had no legal defense. He might not be a MMJ "specialist" as the laws of this grey area are complex and ever changing, BUT his court / legal system Knowledge equates to real world experience. He kept me informed, answered calls after hours and was straight forward. He really shined in court and behind door deliberations , making some quick decisions and using ANY angle he could to protect his clients interest. This is what finally broke the prosecution to offer a deal where they previously would not. If you are thinking about using Mr. Geller's services feel confident in selecting him. This would have destroyed my chances at ever advancing in my career. I chose Marc after meeting with dozens of lawyers because he was trustworthy and honest about the options I had with my case. When I left his office, after my initial meeting, I felt relieved. I was charged with conspiracy in federal court.
