Long story short, thanks to Attorney Chavez and her legal assistant Mayra Barrera, my case got recently approved. An attorney who is not specialized in immigration let me know their firm and I had been interested to work with Attorney Chavez in particular among multiple attorneys in the firm due to her speciality and thankfully she took my case in the end of the same year. I had a phone consultation with a few other immigration attorneys in my area and it turned out Attorney Chavez is very outstanding and seems to keep abreast of immigration law that keeps changing. Also, Attorney Chavez is very sympathetic, patient and responsive. I was also very impressed by how much she put effort for my case in such a heartfelt manner at USCIS office.
