Skip has represented me twice. Both experiences were educational, professional, and perfectly successful.

Skip and his assistant are unprofessional and wasted my time. They didn’t remember facts of case or even the conversations around it. Set up multiple appointments which they cancelled last minute. Highly recommend seeking other counsel.

So far he's an excellent attorney. Spoke with him directly, he spent some time gathering. Info on my initial call himself. Scheduled in person consult within a week during that phone call. Left me with some research to complete to further my position. So far he is right to the point, gets things done; a roll up your sleeves and plow through it kinda lawyer. I like it and hope it stays this "full steam ahead".

I just feel that Mr. Crowley did not give 100% effort on my case. He let the city attorney delay the trial because a police officer was on vacation (after I had already flown out to San Diego from Illinois). My case was delayed and Mr. Crowley kept billing me. A public defender took over my case and in less than 1 month was able to discover that the police withheld evidence. Mr. Crowley was my attorney for 6 months, but did not discover this issue with the police. I think you can find someone to fight harder for you.

Getting injured in a car accident is terrible, but getting auto insurance companies to be fair after the fact is even worse! Edward "Skip" was there for me when I needed someone who would fight for me and navigate the legal side of it all. If you get hurt and need a lawyer, Skip is the guy. Especially if you think it will actually head to trial! Skip is fearless, clear and smart in litigation! I would and I will recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Babbit, "Skip" is called by other attorneys in when insurance companies have to be taken to task. He is not only knowledgeable from his years of experience, but he has that certain skill that has solidified him as a force to be reckoned with.

Edward "Skip" Babbitt helps injured folks make smart decisions about their injury case. He does this in three ways: First, he employs decisive strategy in each case before he makes any legal move. Second, he communicates effectively to the insurance companies what they are going to face. Third, he prepares for jury trial. An ancient named Flavius once said: "if one wants to have peace, one must prepare for war." Any legal case is a legal war, and you definitely want an experienced (battle tested) attorney on your side. Skip is that man.

Skip is an excellent lawyer who truly cares about his clients. He is a stalwart in the San Diego legal community. He fearlessly takes cases to trial that so many others would not. This fearlessness increases access to justice for all.
