I would give Monty 10 stars if I could. I never thought I would need a defense attorney; I have an extremely clean record and have dedicated my life and career to helping and teaching others. When I was put into a horrible situation and needed urgent legal help, Monty was very quick to respond to my request and got me in for a meeting immediately. I quickly learned that not only is he professional, intelligent, and well connected/experienced, he is also empathetic, kind, and deeply motivated to help innocent people in need. I was instantly comfortable with him and never felt judged or hopeless. He was always straight forward with what the outcomes could be, but he was also very confident in his ability to defend me and always thorough in guiding me through the steps of the legal system. When you are in a delicate situation, you want a lawyer who is fiercely on your side and aggressive with the opposing people; I got that from Monty and so much more. He was always available when I needed him, he never faltered in his belief in me, and it was so obvious how well he knew the ins and outs of the legal system having been a prosecutor in the past. His drive is undeniable and his genuine care is unmatched. I am so lucky that I found him and feel like I owe him my freedom. I hope to never need his services again, but I would recommend him to anyone and trust him with my life. That may sound like an extreme review of a lawyer, but I feel indebted to him for his services and truly grateful to have such an authentic person defend me when I needed it most.

I was fortunate enough to receive Monty's guidance and assistance when I ran into some legal trouble late last year. He was able to calm my anxiety around the situation and he was great at explaining processes and next steps, handling the court discussions and paperwork, and providing good mitigation options and instructions. He was always available when I needed him to be and was very easy to talk to and work with. He was able to get my charges dropped and/or reduced and I was very happy with the outcome of my case.
