Was hit from behind by a drunk driver traveling at a high rate of speed while doing the speed limit on the highway. The case could have been considered malicious intent considering the recklessness of the driver who struck me. I’m fortunate to report that my injuries remained relatively minor. I was hit by a car on my bike August of 2021. I went into this with no expectations, no set amount of money or length of time (as I had heard this sort of thing can take a long time). Lalezary SERIOUSLY busted their butts for me. I received word of my settlement a couple of days ago and could NOT be more grateful to this group. I am a low income person and still have to deal with some issues as a result of the hit (head injury), so naturally I jumped for joy when I got the phone call 2 days ago.
