Travis is very through in all aspects. From the initial visit knowing what questions to ask . All the down to a back and forth negotiation. He explained likely scenarios. He always kept in contact with me. I never had to wait long for a call to be retuned. Travia basically kept the situation in control making sure I was at ease with the situation. He gave me information before I asked for it.

Finding myself in the middle of this particular situation was scary and made me so anxious. Having Travis calmed me immediately from first meeting. I rached out to him several times during process, w immediate answeres and return phone calls is what I received.
