I worked as staff, trial paralegal to the Foldenauer Law Firm, in defense of a multi-million dollar fraud/real property action, and worked closely with Associate Tyler Campbell on pre-trial tasks. Only a year or so from graduating law school, I witnessed Tyler's quick proficiencies in preparing last minute filings, e.g. researching and drafting the Trial Brief and Jury Instructions Since we were "on the wheel" (which means be ready for Day 1 of trial, even if it is 1 day notice by the Court) so Tyler's preparation and skill at organization was impressive and made my job much more easier in preparing the trial presentation via Trial Director. He was a quick study, and did not have to have his hand held during very intense moments throughout trial. Most importantly, he handled client relations very professionally and worked with a sometimes difficult client in maintaining a team environment while keeping our eyes on the prize. Our one month trial ended very well for the client, with almost an unanimous verdict, which is always very difficult to achieve. Kudos to the Foldenauer team, and Tyler in particular.

Mr. Campbell helped me with a very difficult legal matter that I did not know how to handle. I shopped a few "referred" firms across San Diego but was not impressed.
