Vik Bajaj has to be one of the best criminal defense lawyers in San Diego. He was very helpful in explaining my situation to me and getting my boyfriend out of jail. I'd highly recommend talking with him if you have criminal charges.

I am a San Diego attorney with 25 years civil litigation experience. I have known and worked closely with attorney Curtis Quay for the past 6-7 years. He is a top-notch attorney with lots of civil litigation experience, both as a plaintiff's and defendant's-side attorney. He communicates well and effectively with clients, opposing attorneys, judges and juries. Curtis has a strong legal mind and has excellent legal/tactical skills. He is diligent, hard-working and conscientious. He is a "fighter" for plaintiffs injured by the negligence of others. Curtis Quay was my attorney who tried my car accident before a jury because the "at fault" driver's insurance company was unreasonable, and successfully closed the case in my favor. Curtis was extremely accommodating, kind, and compassionate. He kept me informed, at all times, regarding the case, and was able to be reached when needed. He was very honest, ethical and aggressive at trial, even when it was apparent the judge was biased. I would definitely recommend his representation.

I got arrested at a DUI checkpoint for driving under the influence and had no idea how to go about the situation. At the checkpoint, I felt dead sober and willingly chose to blow into a breathalyzer, I had a .09, .08, and then a .10... in that order. The .10 was my decided BAC by the officers and I was shocked. I could not believe that I had that amount in my system. After calling multiple lawyers, which my friends suggested I do, I found Mr. Bajaj... Which ironically was through another friend that had gone through a similar situation as me. Immediately upon talking to him on the phone, I knew this was the lawyer for me. He asked questions about my case over the phone and did not require me to come in for a consultation. He told me what he thought about my case, gave me a flat fee for his services, and told my to take my time choosing a lawyer because the decision is up to me. I liked that he had a flat rate fee for the case because it made him appear more legitimate than the other lawyers I talked to who sounded like sketchy car dealerships trying to fluctuate the rate to make me choose them. I also liked that he gave me time to choose him without any pressure. I went to his office the next day where I met him in person and paid for his services about 20 minutes later. He was so personable, professional, and made you feel confident with your decision before signing the paperwork. A couple months later he reduced my charge of a DUI down to a Wet Reckless. He changed my life and I will forever be grateful for everything he did for me. I do believe one of the reasons he was able to win my case is not only because he is throughly knowledgable about what he does, but also that he is on good terms with everyone in the judicial field. He truly is an amazing lawyer and an amazing person.

I made several calls to law offices and the first one to get back with me was Vikas Bajaj. I saw them immediately on Monday. I really didn't have to do anything besides show up for court.
