Absolute Professional! Jacob took my case after my unlawful DUI arrest. I was pulled over where the Officer proceeded to tell my the reason was for failing to signal. All while my blinker was on while he states this. When I told him my blinker is still on, he then changed it to, you have a plastic covering over your license plate( take that off if you have it). He then saw my passenger and stated "looks like she had a good time", what about you?. He the proceeded to pull me out of the car for a sobriety check. I didn't argue because I had nothing to worry about. I did explain that I and a disabled COMBAT Veteran so my knees aren't the best. He stated do your best, I laughed and said ok. Went through the whole test and passed with no problem. He the proceeded to give me a breathalyzer...5 times. Under first 4 times. The fifth over by literally nothing. They placed me in cuffs and arrested me. My passenger prescribed Jacob as a lawyer who specializes in military and veterans. He got me out ASAP without having to post bail. The following week after I recieved my paperwork. We saw they stated in their report that I was combative and that led to pursuing the arrest. BTW, I blew under at the station as well. Little did they realize, my passenger recorded the whole thing. When they brought it up, Jacob hit them with the recorreckless. Offered wet and wreckless...Jacob specializes in Military diversion so that was his play after they offered Wet and wreckless. He then presented my case as a decorated Military service member with no prior. Emphasizing that it would be an injustice to me and fellow Veterans. Asked if I was willing to go all the way. BIG YES!!! He then prescribed prior to trial, Military Diversion. In my experience as a proud service member, that was rarely approved. Well he got it done!!! To end this briefly, he said he could, and he did. Everything dismissed, esponged, and clean record. This guy is the truth, and loves helping us who defend or defended this country. I was in a situation with a neighbor who was vandalizing my property, cutting the locks off my fences, and even using my mailbox, claiming he lived there. It was a nightmare.
