Gary was very generous with his time on the telephone when I made my initial call. He spend half an hour (for free) providing information and explainng the process to me. Everything went as he explained and there were no surprises except one. When it was all over, he realized that I had overpaid him, and he sent a refund check for several hundred dolars. I never would have caught the mistake, but he did.
