Very disappointed about my consultation, over the phone I got a great service. Once I meet Cruz I regretfully knew I wasted my time. He was distracted hearing my responses & when he realized he wasn't interested in my case he was just rushing us out. Cruz was a bitter flavor all my drive home. I hope you remember me because I do, my son was outside waiting & you where shoushing him up. Btw: I took my case to another attorney & I got more info in 15 min and was told what I needed to do for him to take my case. It should be a 0 out of five stars, but it's not an option. 🤐

Called to ask a question before coming in so I didn't waste anyone's time before hand and they wanted $90 to ask a question. Ridiculous.

I'm honestly surprised by all of the positive reviews here. Immigration is a scary topic for a lot of people. My new wife and I had been in for 2 consultations (the second time to give him the benefit of the doubt), and both times we were treated extremely rudely. This lawyer has a real arrogance problem, and is very demeaning when you ask questions. Not comforting in ANY way.

Al hablar con Narciso, me pregunto ¿cuál es tu caso? le explique mi situación y su respuesta fue, sus palabras - ¿cuales crees que sean tus opciones? - como si yo fuera el experto, desde ahí note que no era el tipo de abogado que esperaba. después de una charla de 3 minutos me dijo que ahorita no hay solución y otros detalles que no me agradaron, se cortó la llamada le intente llamar de nuevo y ya no me contesto la llamada. no pongo en duda su experiencia y su trayectoria, pero al finalizar quedé decepcionado, porque no tuvo la intención de concretar una cita para discutir mi caso más a profundidad y así poder realmente empezar a trabajar en equipo No espero una atención gratuita y sé que voy a tener que invertir dinero, por esa razón me gustaría encontrar un abogado que no se rinda a la primera, que escuche este abierto a encontrar soluciones hasta agotar todos los recursos, que siempre brinde su mejor atención y servicio detalles que no encontré al hablar con él, por eso no te lo recomiendo. con toda honestidad, lo percibí muy distintito a sus anuncios y reviews. Le doy dos estrellas porque es fácil localizarlo y también porque su asistente Maria es muy profesional y está dispuesta a dar más de lo que esperas recibir.
