BEWARE!!! Lets go back a few years... This firm was retained to help my mother get her US Resident status, after $3500+ and many calls, payments and given the run around for 2 years we decided to contact another attorney and pay additional money to figure out why it was taking so long and if anything else was needed from us to move forward with the process... Well... come to find out we were 2 years late on the date my mother had to finish her process luckily this new attorney was able, after more payments(kind gentleman that allowed us to make payments because he felt bad for my mothers position) we explained in a letter what the circumstances were and the new attorney(not this firm) was able to file our paperwork and get my mother her Resident status. We again try to contact this firm and get a refund or an answer as to why they missed the date to file and are yet to receive a call answer or any type of explanation, Lord even a “We robbed you so live with it” is better than getting a run around. To the firm we are willing to talk... To anyone looking be very careful... We have receipts from both offices that proved what was paid to this firm and the new one we had to retain, we have the letters or pardons that the new attorney had to file... BEWARE!!!
