As a parent of a young adult who made a serious bad judgement call and wound up arrested and jailed on a bogus felony charge, I was so happy we came to Sevens Legal for representation. After paying the astronomical bail amount to get our child out of jail on a felony charge, we called three local attorney groups to get an idea of what legal representation would cost. Sevens Legal was the most strait forward talking of the three we talked to, and their pricing was equal or better than the others Depending on how the DA could have officially charged the case (it could have stuck as a felony if the DA had insisted, it could have been reduced and charged as a misdemeanor at lower additional cost, or if Sevens Legal worked their magic, it could have been dismissed completely, Sevens Legal gave us pricing upfront for all three scenarios over the phone, so we got a same day appointment that afternoon with Sevens Legal. The people that met with us listened well to the circumstances, and they presented their strategy to us up front. and they gave us assurances and hope. One day before our child's arraignment, we were notified by Sevens Legal that the DA had reduced the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. And 3 hours before the misdemeanor arraignment time in court the next day, our Sevens Legal attorney called us and told us that they were able to get the entire case dismissed by the judge and the District Attorney. This was wonderful news for a kid with no priors, and no adverse history on record, and we could breathe again after a week without sleep and not being able to eat. We did have to pay the reasonable initial representation retainer cost, but we did not have to pay the added cost for Misdemeanor court representation and thank God we didn't have to pay the even higher quoted cost for the Felony representation. We are truly grateful for the efforts our Sevens Legal attorney Noah put into this case. Without the contacts our attorney had in the court system, our kid could have been convicted of a felony or possibly convicted on a reduced misdemeanor charge and might have had to spend prison and/or jail time with the added burden of a criminal conviction record for life. Now we will have a court approved case dismissal letter on record that will only show as an arrest being dismissed by the Court. We hope we never need this type of legal representation again, but we wholeheartedly endorse and recommend the services of Sevens Legal for anyone charged with a felony or misdemeanor legal representation. Conviction, whether felony or misdemeanor, is not something a parent wants their kid to carry for life, and we are so thankful that Sevens Legal staff was able to help us navigate through this situation with such great success. We have Sevens Legal and Noah's contact info saved, and we hope we never need their services again, but we know that if we ever do need this type of service again, Sevens Legal will be the only call we make to represent us properly if needed.
