I would say that the communication could use a bit of work , solely on keeping the client updated but that can be explained due to high traffic of calling . This law firm is one of the most professional I have encountered and I would recommend them highly to anyone seeking to use them in occurrences of grievance. I would especially like to recommend Steven Novak he is highly responsive and diligent in his work.

DO NOT HIRE SCHMIDT NATIONAL LAW GROUP!!! THEY WILL USE YOU. Absolutely NO communication after receiving a letter simply stating that I didn’t qualify, with no reason stated. I received NO phone calls from Schmidt National to explain why I didn’t qualify. They completely dropped me without a word and left me hanging without an explanation. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, specifically Traci. I feel used and betrayed. I still don’t know why I didn’t qualify! HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!! They will waste your time!!!
