Teddy R McNamara is an excellent attorney specializing in estate planning and probate. Teddy prepared my living trust and throughout this process he was extremely through and knowledgeable. Besides knowing the law regarding trusts inside and out he has all the traits you look for in choosing an attorney. Although he is very busy he takes time to answer any and all questions. I liked Teddy as an attorney right away. I quickly got to know him as more than just my attorney but as a friend as well. I enjoyed working with him very much. The whole experience was very easy knowing he cared not only as my attorney but also as my friend. Thank you Teddy for giving me the peace of mind for my family’s future.

Eight years ago, my family contracted with Teddy McNamara to amend my father's trust upon his death. Teddy's work back then assured that we returned to him eight years later when my Mom passed away. Teddy was attentive and very responsive in dealing with the administration of my Mom's trust/estate, which involved long-distance tasks/signing papers. In addition, Teddy was very available at all times (particularly on weekends and after hours), and was personable. We shared travel information, which was a welcome diversion from all of the tasks at hand! We greatly appreciated this aspect. Administration of my Mom's estate was timely and quick, which is how I wanted it to be. The only recommendation I would make is that documents be reviewed a bit more thoroughly before going to the client, i.e. spelling and correct names. A quick re-check before sending documents out would probably suffice.

Teddy is not only an excellent lawyer, he is genuinely one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is a hard worker and takes great pride in running an honest business.
