Having to evict a tenant isn't an enjoyable process, and COVID19 makes that process even more difficult. I first thought this would be something I could do on my own, but quickly realized I was way out of my element. I'm so glad I was referred to Attorney Daniel Marshall, who patiently walked me through the process and helped me to understand his strategy. Had a nightmare scenario with a REAL pain in the a** tenant. This is my first property so it was very unnerving and literally kept me up at night.
