Mr. Rist handled a situation for me in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. I had several contracts in my possession. It was important to me that I have an attorney review these contracts. Most of the language was foreign to me, and Mr. Rist was extremely helpful in explaining all the details to my satisfaction. It was a relief to feel comfortable when I signed the contracts.

Mr. Rist represented our group on multiple occasions, taking on big companies and the agencies that fail to do their jobs. He knows the law and works closely with his clients because he cares about justice. Unfortunately, the boards in our state defer to the wishes of the industry, but Mr. Rist is not afraid to take a stand and give it his all.

Tom went out of his way to help me and my family with a family estate planning situation. He also assisted a close friend with a harassment case. We found Tom to be professional, intelligent, honest, and truly caring about his clients. In bad situations it can be difficult to find someone you can trust to help you, but Tom came through for us when we needed him.
