Update surprise still no check and they are taking over 40% of the settlement unprofessional is all I can say very disappointed with this firm. Was told to fill out and return a release for settlement so I did was told funds would release in a few days, nothing came called the firm was told they needed a different release sent it and was told I was in the first group to get paid but another week went by nothing so I called again and was told that now I was in the second group I waited another week nothing I called and asked to talk to the attorney to express my concerns and still nothing but assured I was at the front of the second group and would get a check within the week nothing still. Doesn't seem like a good firm to work with. I guess 40%of my settlement isn't enough to motivate them.
