Brooks is an excellent Trademark attorney. Throughout our work together he has explained all of the legal concepts and procedures very well. I appreciate that this attorney generally includes a lot of extra support in his rates. After I hired him for my company’s Trademarks, there was an office action from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that required a response and he quickly responded so my mark wouldn’t face cancellation. His consistency definitely makes the whole process smoother.
