It is with absolute gratitude that I write this review about the team at Singleton Schreiber. I can’t say enough great things about Brett Schreiber and Domenic Martini. The amount of heart and passion they gave to my case was truly extraordinary… they went above and beyond every step of the way. They truly CARED about getting me the help I needed and deserved after being in a car accident in which altered my life forever. My car was totaled and I suffered a major lower back injury. The driver who hit me was uninsured, driving under the influence on a suspended license. Somehow my own car insurance company wasn’t willing to make sure I would be financially taken care of for the serious physical and mental injuries I suffered that day. After trying to fight my insurance company for about a year, I found Singleton Schreiber and they took the fight over for me. Their due diligence and belief in my own well being didn’t stop until justice was finally granted. They came out swinging as if I was a family member of theirs… the insurance lawyer didn’t have a chance. I can’t thank Brett and Domenic enough for their efforts and compassion they gave towards me. They made me feel as if I was their number one priority every single time. Forget grateful.

Honestly I’ve had them for a very long time since the paradise fire. They were very attentive at the beginning and because I was homeless they couldn’t reach me and they kept wanting to get my case filed but because I went to jail I didn’t get a preliminary payment like everybody in all of this case of anywhere from $20,000/$35,000. And had to get a loan on my case of 10,000$ from a loan company with interest. Mind you I have back child support so I owe $8,000 dollars which isn’t a fraction of what I should get. So that shouldn’t of held that up and then I had to bail out and had to put a lean on my case of $36,000 to get out after my sons mom was killed. From what I was told the preliminary payment wasn’t even part of our money we are to receive. Everyone else has gotten money to get off the street except for me and now I don’t hear from them at all.

Excellent support from Singleton Schreiber. We appreciated that a Town Hall was held every other week to keep people informed and allow participants to ask questions.

After the fires, our home was in need of remediation and repair. Singleton Schreiber represented our case diligently and thoroughly.
