I am very impressed with Singleton Schreiber. We lost our home during the October 2017 Tubbs Fire in Santa Rosa. I met with Jerry Singleton and his staff few days after the fire, and we immediately hired them to represent us in our fire victim lawsuit due to their professional and thorough explanation about the process. For last four plus years, they have guided us diligently through this very complex process. All their staff, especially Sean Manee and Hannah Robinson, whom I talk to on a regular basis, have been responsive, caring and looking out for our best interests. Singleton Law firm was a great advocate for us during the whole post fire ordeal. Unfortunately, with COVID-19 the whole process got constantly delayed, but they still push for resolution while others used it as an excuse to cause further delays. Our settlement was fair, and helped to make us whole, at least financially. My only complaint would be a lack of clarity when it came to the final fees, which in the end I am still not completely clear about. I think everything was fair and reasonable, but the final accounting didn't seem to follow the process told to us at the beginning of the process. Hopefully we will never have to go through a major wildfire loss again, but if we did, and others were to blame, I would not hesitate to have Singleton Law represent us.
