From the first call Mark was accessible and put me at ease so that I felt much less nervous about the case that I was dealing with. He’s very obviously knowledgeable in his field and quickly resolved my issue with minimal involvement from me. He very clearly laid out what my options were regarding the case and made me feel as though I was in good hands throughout the process. I am happily writing this review after the resolution of my issue due to his skill and professionalism, and would happily choose him to represent me again if I had it to over.

Mark answered my call on a Sunday morning at 5 am! This was the start of amazing representation! From start to the day he fought for what was the best outcome for me at court, he and or his staff kept me informed! I was never in the dark & not once did I feel alone during this process. For my DUI case I initially felt very helpless, like there was nothing I could do to better my situation and thought I should just go with a public defender and accept whatever outcome there was. The burden of it all was extremely taxing on my psychological health. Although it was my first offense I blew a .17 and was looking at some harsh punishment for it. After consulting a few lawyers Mark was easily the best choice and most reasonably priced. He made me feel secure and was very upfront with me about what he could do for me from the get-go. He ended up going above and beyond what I had hoped for and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my case. He handles all of the messy paperwork for the DMV and court dates for you. He used to be a prosecutor for many years before switching to defense attorney so he knows how each side works which is a huge advantage. I was looking at extremely high fines, community service, at least 45 days with an ankle bracelet, an interlock on my car, and at least 6 months in a DUI program. Mark met with the prosecution quite a few times and negotiated on my behalf for only 3 months in a DUI program and reduced fines. Because of him I saved so much money and gained mental clarity knowing I was getting the best deal possible. He also works with you as far as payment goes to set up a plan that isn’t unreasonable, which also helps for whatever financial situation you find yourself in. All in all, amazing experience and highly recommend him to anyone fighting a DUI!
